The project aims to create a modern and civilised urban area aligned with social and architectural standards. It also helps promote sustainable urban development by progressively realising the Cà Mau Province's Housing Development Programme by 2025 with a vision to 2030.
It will construct 1,307 different types of housing products on approximately 23ha. These include townhouses that combine residential and commercial space, villas, houses, and social housing. Moreover, this will be an ideal place for nearly 5,000 residents with diverse amenities such as a cultural-sport centre, school, and medical facility.
Speaking at the event, Lâm Văn Bi, Vice Chairman of Cà Mau Provincial People's Committee expressed his confidence and believed that the project would gradually meet the housing needs and standards of residents and surrounding areas, enhance the quality of living, and positively impact the economic development of the province.
