“Eaton Park is poised to become one of the most anticipated projects in the second quarter of 2024,” Angus Liew, chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam, said.

“With our recent achievement in Malaysia as the No.1 Top Property Developer, I hold high expectations as we strive to create and deliver the same value we have delivered in Malaysia for our community in Việt Nam."

Eaton Park is the fifth project for the company in Việt Nam. The 3.7-ha development will have apartments including penthouses, shophouses and a retail podium.

Situated on Mai Chí Thọ Road in District 2, Thủ Đức City, it will have an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, fitness centre, golf-simulation room, various other pet- and family-friendly facilities amid lush greenery.

Gamuda Land’s presence in the vicinity will enhance the value of the neighbourhood as the developer is investing in upgrade of infrastructure, roads and landscaping.

Eaton Park has access to the city centre through a system of major roads.

Two metro lines will operate soon near the development further improving convenience to residents.

Gamuda Land is the property arm of Gamuda Berhad, a giant in engineering, construction and infrastructure.
