Phú Mỹ Hưng City Centre to develop more amenities

Property developer Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation recently announced that it will develop many amenities in the Crescent area and international trade and financial district in the Phú Mỹ Hưng New City Centre in District 7 of HCM City.

Among them will be a high-standard hospital to meet the increasing demand of local people.

In addition, an arts and culture centre will be developed in this area, creating a destination for local residents as well as people living in HCM City. The arts and culture centre will be a place to have cultural exchange activities as well as international art performances.

Furthermore, the corporation said, a series of A-level offices and five-star hotels will be developed.

Customers are always central to Phú Mỹ Hưng’s strategy so infrastructure development in Phú Mỹ Hưng New City Centre will not only improve the quality of living space for residents but also bolster the value of real-estate products, the company said.

In addition to improving local infrastructure, Phú Mỹ Hưng has co-operated with banks, including BIDV, VietinBank and UOB, to offer their customers many flexible financial policies, including those applied for Cardinal Courts Phú Mỹ Hưng The Horizon projects, which will be completed in the last quarter of this year.

Phú Mỹ Hưng New City Centre now homes 60,000 residents and 50 per cent of them are foreigners.

After three decades of development, less than 15 per cent of the area is available for developing housing projects.

Therefore, not many Phú Mỹ Hưng’s products have been launched in the market. Since 2022, Phú Mỹ Hưng The Horizon is the only new project sold in the market with only 166 condos, the lowest supply ever.

In another development, Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation late last week organised an event to say thank to their customers. During the event, customers also had chance to visit the show-house of Phú Mỹ Hưng The Horizon
