Homebuyers to receive keys to De La Sol apartments in November

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has announced the handover of apartments at De La Sol, its first residential development in Ho Chi Minh City's District 4. The project is scheduled to be delivered in November, when customers will receive their fully finished apartments.

With 870 units of one- to three-bedroom apartments and Sky Suites, the development offers a variety of living options according to different needs and preferences.

According to Ronald Tay, CEO of CLD Vietnam, the company is delighted to announce the handover, saying, "This project is a unique blend of music and architecture, with an award-winning design and top-notch facilities that cater to the residents’ wellbeing. This handover strengthens CLD’s status as a reputable developer that provides high-quality properties for discerning homeowners, further confirmed by our recent recognition as the best residential developer in Vietnam by Euromoney’s Global Real Estate Awards 2023.”

“CLD has been in Vietnam for nearly three decades and has developed a diversified portfolio of many asset classes and over 12,000 quality homes across 16 residential projects. We are grateful to receive insightful feedback from homebuyers after each handover, and we remain committed to creating more quality spaces in Vietnam for the community to work, live, and play with our sustainable and innovative solutions,” added Tay.

The sizes range from 60 to 197 square metres and De La Sol is also one of the first in the city to feature duo key and trio key units. These units allow homeowners to enjoy hybrid and private spaces for living and working. The duo key units are suitable for those who want to stay or rent out their apartments, while the trio key units are ideal for families with multiple generations. De La Sol is a project that draws inspiration from music and is poised to offer its future homeowners a delightful symphony of aspirational lifestyles.

The exterior design of the three towers is inspired by musical instruments such as the piano, guitar, and chimes. The buildings create a harmony between music and architecture, while the landscape and facility areas reflect different music genres such as hip hop, jazz, EDM, and rock, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

The project offers more than 50 facilities that match the architectural style and cater to different preferences. Residents can enjoy an urban symphony with every step of their living experience at De La Sol. The Cadenza Drop-off welcomes residents with the free spirit of music, along with artistic touches such as the Street Art Wall and Ensemble Canopy. The ground floor offers a Kid’s Pool, a 50m Lap Pool, and a Musical Play Park with several other facilities.

In addition to these features, the rooftop boasts a Sky Theatre, where residents can watch movies and shows in the open air, creating an ideal cosy space for family and friends.

Furthermore, other enjoyable recreational areas in this project include a Jazz Pool, a Sky Jacuzzi, a Tea Pavilion, and more. De La Sol is the first high-end residential project in Vietnam to have a High-Jump Arena and a Skate Plaza, which provide physical and fun benefits for residents.

Located in District 4, De La Sol offers a convenient and comfortable living environment for its residents.

The project is strategically located with a full system of amenities from schools to hospitals, amusement parks, shopping, entertainment, and cuisine, all nearby.

Moreover, it takes only five minutes to drive to the central business district, and 10 to 15 minutes to Thu Duc city, and districts 5 and 7.

De La Sol has received top recognitions at the prestigious PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, including the ‘Best High-end Condo Development (Ho Chi Minh City)’, ‘Best Green Development’, ‘Best High-end Condo Landscape Architectural Design’ and ‘Best Condo Interior Design’.
