Nam Long aims to help buyers find affordable homes

Nam Long has announced a series of practical solutions to help buyers take that first step towards getting on the property ladder.

Nam Long has spent much of 2023 researching and restructuring products, with a priority on the development of affordable housing and high-end products at reasonable prices to serve the expansion of residential areas near central business districts (CBDs).

These include large urban areas which are ready for development, such as the 355-hectare Waterpoint in the southern proivnce of Long An, Mizuki Park (26ha) and Akari City (8.5ha) in Ho Chi Minh City, and Nam Long Central Lake (43ha) in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho.

Nam Long has committed to building 20,000 social housing units, with nearly 1,500 units expected to be brought to the market this year through the EHomeS Nam Saigon and EHomeS Can Tho projects.

For the final quarter of 2023, Nam Long is ready to supply the market with a diverse range of products, such as the 500+ EHome Southgate apartments in Long An province that are priced from VND1 billion ($42,000) per unit, 1,602 EHomeS apartments in the Nam Long Central Lake project in Can Tho that are priced from VND600 million ($25,300) per unit, and Flora condominium products in the Akari City project and Mizuki Park in Ho Chi Minh City, which are priced at VND3 billion ($126,600) per unit.

Van Viet Son, CEO of Nam Long Land said, “The recent sale of Flora-Akari City apartments received superb feedback from buyers. The affordable apartments at EHome Southgate and EHomeS Central Lake also received a lot of attention. Some companies are even ordering wholesale packages for their employees. To make homes easier to own, Nam Long is also cooperating with financial partners to provide customers with solutions for furniture packages and home improvements. All are aimed at the goal of making houses easy for buyers to own.”

These solutions have been applied simultaneously at currently open projects such as EHome Southgate and Flora-Akari City.

In large-scale integrated urban areas such as Mizuki Park and Waterpoint, Nam Long is promoting investment plans and building important social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, and commercial centres, turning Nam Long's urban areas into a truly worthwhile living space for residents.

This October, a series of popular brands such as Emasi International Bilingual School, Kingfoodmart supermarket, Tib restaurant, PhinDeli, and Trung Nguyen have appeared in Nam Long's new urban areas.

Nam Long has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Vietravel Group to jointly run urban amenities such as sports centres, tennis courts, jogging tracks, bus lines, and more.

Regarding furniture suppliers, Nam Long has signed cooperation agreements with reputable firms to provide superior interior solutions at reasonable costs with exclusive incentives for buyers.

Currently, the list of partners Nam Long uses includes brands such as Ricons, An Cuong, Ariston, EBS, DTHomes, JGarden, Homemas, Casta, and many others.
