Luxury apartments to be rolled out in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnam's real estate market showed signs of slowing in the first half of 2023 with a large amount of inventory, mainly from incomplete projects due to a lack of resources from developers, still on the books. However, Masterise Homes is on track with its key projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and the company has just handed over keys for its first project in Hanoi with six more projects scheduled for completion in 2023.

Masterise Homes made a big splash in the market in 2021 when it formed a partnership with the world's largest hotel group, Marriott International, to build the Lake Tower project at the Grand Marina, in Ho Chi Minh City, the first branded residence project in Vietnam. After two years of construction, the first tower is near completion and slated to be handed over in the third quarter of 2023.

Experts from Marriott International are engaged in both the development and operational processes at the Lake Tower to ensure synergy with the Marriot brand. Penny Trinh, senior director of Mixed-use Development at Marriott International in Asia Pacific, said, "We are working closely with Masterise Homes to select the very best on-site amenities for buyers, and to provide high-quality construction, design, and services to make sure Marriott's standards are met."

Currently, the exterior and interior of the corridors and apartments are being fine-tuned under the stewardship of Marriott International, while amenities such as the reception hall, swimming pool, lotus leaf park, and children's room are also nearing completion.

In the second half of 2023, another two projects at the heart of the Grand Park Urban Area in Ho Chi Minh City will be handed over.

At the end of June, Masterise completed the painting of the exterior of five towers at the Center Point development, with just the interior of the apartments to be completed to international standards.

Shophouse exteriors on the first and second floors are tiled with high-end marble imported from Europe, and feature a colour scheme in harmony with the project's overall luxurious design. The fully furnished shophouses will be handed over in the second half of this year.

The five towers of the nearby Lumière Boulevard project are also being gradually unveiled. In early July, the exterior of the towers was 80 per cent complete. Interior construction, waterproofing, and painting is also close to completion with keys expected to be handed over by the end of this year.

In addition, Masterise Homes is also set to hand over three further projects in the second half of this year. The first is Lumière Riverside in District 2, which was topped out earlier this year.

The company has also seen rapid progress with its Soho town houses in the Global City urban area of Ho Chi Minh City. The town houses started construction in the second quarter of 2022 and recently topped out.

Finally, the Smart City Metropolis development, located in Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi, has also completed the final stages with many on-site amenities already installed.

Partners and customers of Masterise Homes can expect not only the swift progress of each project but also the high-quality finish, of even the smallest detail, and strict standards associated with Masterise Homes and its international partners to create a top-notch living space for buyers.
