Van Xuan Group tops out two highest towers in Thu Dau Mot

Van Xuan Group hosted the topping-out ceremony of the Happy One Central project on July 15, marking the completion of the project's structural phase after more than 2.2 million hours of work by thousands of workers, support staff, technicians, and senior specialists at the construction site. This is an important milestone on the journey to create high-quality living spaces in the heart of Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong.

Despite being saddled with the challenges brought by recent market fluctuations and the COVID-19 pandemic, Van Xuan Group and its partners have made great efforts to ensure the construction of the project, that had begun at the end of 2020, met the time-commitment given to their customers.

With its prime location in the centre of Thu Dau Mot city, the Happy One Central smart apartment complex impressed those in attendance with its topping-out ceremony taking place more than 140 metres above ground.

Besides the role played by Van Xuan Group, it would be impossible not to mention the enthusiastic cooperation of the group's partners, such as general contractor Central, supervision consultant Artelia, conceptual design company Ong & Ong, design consultant INNO, landscape designer LJ-Asia, and sponsor bank MB.

The topping-out ceremony was a testament to the prestige of each member of the partnership and their capacity to fulfill the needs of their customers.

Speaking at the topping-out ceremony, Doan Van Hoat, general director of Van Xuan Group said, "Our core aim in business is to keep our commitments to customers about product quality, construction progress and legal transparency."

Designed as two towers, the apartment blocks have 40 floors and three basements each. A glass bridge connecting the two towers at a height of more than 137 metres will enhance the project’s brand identity and value compared to others in the vicinity.

Covering an area of 10,162 square metres, Happy One Central will provide more than 1,300 high-quality apartments to more than 5,000 residents. The buildings account for about 34 per cent of the total project-area, while over 1 hectare given over to green spaces, creating an ideal living environment for those who prefer a relaxing, more natural lifestyle.

There is room for 68 amenities between the ground floor, third floor, 20th floor, and rooftop, such as commercial areas, kindergarten, infinity pool, 3D golf practice room, children's play area, chill sky bar, and observatory. These on-site amenities are expected to create fascinating and unique experiences for residents.

Van Xuan Group has also unveiled a show apartment on the site to help customers get a clear picture of their future home. The apartment is equipped with European and American furniture brands like Kohler, Dulhal, Hafele, and Daikin.

Some amenities have also been completed since July 15, such as a 3D golf gym, yoga room, children's play area, and a billiards area.

The investor plans to hand over apartments in the first quarter of 2024.
