VNE: BOD resolution on the holding of AGM 2023

On June 06, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

-          Time: 9:00, June 29, 2023

-          Venue: Minh Toan Galaxy hotel, No.306 street 2/9, Hoa Cuong Bac ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang.

-          Content:

ü  Report of the Board of Directors;

ü  Report of the Supervisory Board;

ü  Report on the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023;

ü  Proposal to approve the audited financial statements in 2022;

ü  Proposal to approve the 2022 profit allocation;

ü  Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023;

ü  Proposal to approve the remuneration of the Board of Directors in 2022 and plan for 2023.
