NVL: Explanation to overcome the status of securities being put under warning

On April 20, 2023, No Va Land Investment Group Corporation announced the explanation to overcome the status of securities being put under warning. The reason of this status was the late disclosure of the financial statement in 2022. Accordingly, the company has been restructuring and stabilizing the business and production activities. Thus, it took more time to review the financial statement in 2022. NLV cooperated with PwC Vietnam Limited to conduct the audit of financial statement in 2022 and disclosed the information on April 17, 2023 (instead of April 15, 2023 because this day was Saturday and there were some difficulties to complete the financial statement).
