VDP: BOD resolution dated February 01, 2023

On February 01, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

  1. Approved the removal of 50% remaining shares (equivalent to 1,650,000 shares) issued to strategic shareholders according to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 30, 2023.
  2. Approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 and the second dividend payment for 2022 on March 15, 2023.
  3. Approved the time to hold Annual General Meeting on April 15, 2023.
  4. Approved the location to hold Annual General Meeting: 184/2 Le Van Sy, ward 10, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC or No.70-72 Nguyen Van Troi, ward 8, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC.
  5. Approved the submission of the dividend payment ratio in 2022 to 25%/par value to the Annual General Meeting 2023.
  6. Approved the time and ratio to pay second cash dividend for 2022:

-        Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-        Payment date: expected on May 18, 2023.
