FLC: Decision on delisting of stock

On February 13, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.51/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC):

-        Stock type                               : common stock

-        Stock code                              : FLC

-        Par value                                 : 10,000 dongs/share

-        Delisting volume                    : 709,997,807 shares

-        Delisting value                        : VND7,099,978,070,000.

-        Effective delisting date           : February 20, 2023

-        Reason: The listed organization has seriously violated the obligation to disclose information and other cases. The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) or The State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) consider that it is necessary to delist in order to protect investors' interests.
