Buyers handed over property, to open businesses along Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway

The Dau Giay-Phan Thiet Expressway Project has opened to traffic as planned. The 99km road that goes through Binh Thuan and Dong Nai provinces cost more than VND12.5 trillion to build.

It has been built under international standards and allows vehicles to run at a speed of 120km/h.

The expressway operators is now focusing on auxiliary construction works, traffic safety and subsidiary roads… to ensure it can be formally opened before Reunification Day, April 30, 2023.

The completion of the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway will be an important milestone as it connects HCM City, the country’s largest urban area, with Phan Thiet 100% by highway and the trip takes just 1 hour and 40 minutes.

It helps open up plenty of opportunities for the tourism and economy Binh Thuan Province to grow dramatically in 2023.

It will also welcome the National Tourism Year event to take place in the province later this year.

Tourism has been identified as Binh Thuan’s key economic sector based on its natural advantages like a long coastline, year-round warm and sunny climate, an old and rich culture, and, especially, its geographical location.

It is situated at the centre of the tourism golden quadrilateral comprising HCM City, Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, and Lam Dong.

Currently Binh Thuan has a transportation network along the coast that connects coastal tourist destinations with its urban areas. It creates favorable conditions for tourism development and Binh Thuan’s economy in general.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet economic and tourism urban area is one such.

To catch up with the Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway opening, NovaWorld Phan Thiet is trying to hand over properties in completed subdivisions to customers on schedule.

Many investors have been scrambling to complete their interiors and make business plans to settle down and start deriving benefits as soon as possible.

“I am really pleased to receiving this villa,” Mr Quoc Sy, admiring his newly completed home for the first time, said. “Thanks Novaland for handing me this high-quality villa with many utilities in its vicinity.”

As soon as he received it, he worked on the interiors to put it into business, he said.

The villa is ready to welcome tourists at the end of the year.

He said NovaWorld Phan Thiet is a place worth living and doing business in and spending time on leisure travel.

The project is in a prime location and connected with other urban areas by air, rail, highway, and waterway.

It also has the advantages of ideal climate and high-class facilities and utilities that are now being completed.

Owners can also rent out their property easily thanks to the advantages offered by the enormous scale of the 1,000ha urban area.

It is expected that the number of tourists coming here annually will run into the millions when the project is fully completed. Most tourists are from abroad, stay long and are big spenders, especially those who come on meeting, incentive, convention, and exhibition (MICE) tourism.

Like Sy, many other buyers have also made plans to live there and do business.

Ms Cao Thi Thien Trang appreciated the project for its diverse range of functions, saying NovaWorld Phan Thiet’s properties are an ideal place to live and do business based on tourism.

In addition to a villa, Trang also owns a shophouse amid amusement parks, entertainment places, busy commercial streets, and the 5-star Movenpick Hotel.

Trang plans to open a cafe soon.

He said: “In this five-storey shoptel, I will have 15 rooms for tourists. The ground floor will be used for my family’s bakery and the ocean-view rooftop is great for a café.”

Tat Thanh has bought a boutique shoptel which can be combined as a hotel and a bakery.

He said the boutique shoptel impressed him since its design combined various businesses like hotel and retail establishment and promised to optimize profits for buyers.

With the completion of key infrastructure projects, property handover and high-class utilities that have been put into operation, NovaWorld Phan Thiet urban area promises to be a wildly popular destination in Binh Thuan during National Tourism Year.

The convenient transport links between localities will attract millions of domestic and foreign tourists to the province, creating jobs for tens of thousands of locals and attracting enterprises and quality labor.
