OfficeHaus complex attracts tenants in Ho Chi Minh City

OfficeHaus, a newly built complex in Celadon City, is attracting interest from companies shifting from traditional central business districts.

OfficeHaus, a new office complex in Ho Chi Minh City's Tan Phu district, is easing pressure on occupied central business districts (CBDs) in the southern metropolis.

With the imbalance of supply and demand in large commercial centres such as districts 1 and 3, according to Savills Vietnam, many businesses are seeking to move to alternative locations in non-CBD areas where they can effectively reduce costs.

Survey results conducted by Infocus Mekong Research have illustrated these trends, with the organisation noting that Tan Phu is an ideal place to develop business.

Tan Phu district is located in the bustling urban centre of Ho Chi Minh City, next to Tan Son Nhat International Airport and only about 30 minutes drive from District 1. In addition, it also borders District 12, Tan Binh, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan, and Binh Thanh.

With a university and two colleges with more than 20,000 students in the district, an abundance of young human resources will bring advantages to companies that want to develop long-term at the new OfficeHaus building.

OfficeHaus, which will boast a Mercedes showroom on the ground floor in the near future, has a unique employment appeal that captures the interest of the earning population within its 7km catchment area. The Bauhaus-inspired design, contactless technology, and vast workspaces give it a substantial advantage in attracting large-space users, including those in the IT, gaming, finance, and sales sectors.
