PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer JSC (PVCFC) was recently honored as a National Brand for the fifth consecutive year for effectively serving the agricultural sector by providing a series of high-quality fertilizer products, helping elevate Vietnam’s international trade.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, leaders of ministries, sectors and of centrally-run provinces/cities and representatives of the honorees attended the Nov. 2 ceremony in Hanoi. PVCFC board member Le Duc Quang attended the ceremony and received the award.

The Vietnam National Brand 2022 program drew more than 1,000 enterprises from all sectors nationwide, with 325 high-quality products selected for recognition. PVCFC’s competition entry bore the slogan “Pearl Seeds Bring Gold Fields”.
The company’s fertilizers have repeatedly affirmed their competitiveness by satisfying most criteria required of the best product in this field: Optimal nutritional content, reasonable prices, effectiveness for plants and the environment, improved farming productivity and quality of agricultural products.
By leveraging scientific research to develop products, the company has pioneered in testing and creating new types of fertilizers to optimize the value of agricultural products. Ca Mau Fertilizer has developed fertilizer products suitable for the needs of each crop, including Ca Mau NPK products and OM CAMAU microbial organic fertilizers in order to improve nutritional solutions, improve user benefits and develop a sustainable green agriculture.
The company has also organized seminars to share knowledge and farming techniques with farmers, provided comprehensive nutritional solutions for crops to help farmers reduce costs significantly (on fertilizers, pesticides and labor), and increase profits.

Ca Mau Fertilizer also places importance on applications of advanced technology and techniques in farming; sponsoring drones (trial) for farmers at all cultivation stages, helping reduce manual labor while still improving productivity and quality of agricultural products.
In addition to meeting the needs of domestic consumers, Ca Mau Fertilizer products have now entered major markets like India and Brazil, increasing the prestige and position of Vietnam’s agriculture on the world market.
Like other enterprises honored with the 2022 award, Ca Mau Fertilizer is proud and deeply aware of its responsibility as a national brand, which creates value for the community and affirms Vietnam’s prestige and competitiveness.
Ca Mau Fertilizer’s goal is to demonstrate responsibility to the community, contributing to preserving the environment, supporting farming and sharing difficulties. It coordinates with the local authority to improve local residents’ lives and fund local social cultural activities.
In 2022, despite many difficulties due to the lasting consequences of the pandemic and global economic uncertainty, PVCFC has maintained its position in both domestic and international markets. The national brand title is a driving force for further progress.
