“In the context that the demand for living space in well-planned urban areas has been increasing strongly, Aqua City itself has converged with great value-added potential and will be an ideal investment and property channel for investors,” Huong said.

Experts said that in a volatile economic situation, the movement of the market has caused investors’ psychology to change, with investment trends headed to safer channels.

This year, experienced investors have been more likely to pour their capital into projects from reputable names in the area with real value and clear progress.

Currently, real estate is still considered a safe asset channel in times of inflation, but preserving cash flow will become more difficult and investment decisions need to be carefully considered.

According to a representative of Novaland Group, Aqua City has prepared all resources to welcome the first residents at the end of this year. Houses and apartment buildings are being handed over to residents on time, and many important utilities put into operation have contributed to increasing the busy vibe in the area. This has helped customers clearly understand the living value and development potential of the city, the representative said.

The attractive advantage of Aqua City is also in the inter-regional connection infrastructure around the project, which is being strongly invested in. The complex is located in front of Huong Lo 2, directly connecting the National Highway No.51 and Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway. When the infrastructure is completed, residents will only take about 20 minutes to get to Ho Chi Minh City or the future Long Thanh International Airport.
