NovaGroup honoured with APEA ‘Corporate Excellence’ 2022 award

NovaGroup was honoured to receive an award in the Corporate Excellence category at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards 2022, which is organised and selected by Enterprise Asia, a leading business organisation in the region.

Thanks to efforts and achievements in 2022, which have fully demonstrated NovaGroup’s social responsibility in its sustainable business development through the creation of stable jobs for employees, provision of good products and services to customers, and participation in supporting community and social security, NovaGroup has been recognised by the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) in the Corporate Excellence category.

At the same time, several corporations and companies in the NovaGroup ecosystem have also been recognised at APEA 2022. Specifically, Nova Service was honoured in the ‘Corporate Excellence’ category, while Nova Consumer, Nova Evergreen and CITIGYM were honoured in the ‘Fast Enterprise’ category.

“During a 30-year journey, NovaGroup has always been consistent with its vision and long-term strategy. NovaGroup's growth is closely associated with the country’s development. The fact that NovaGroup has been recognised and won the ‘Corporate Excellence’ award for many years is a testament to our efforts on that 30-year journey,” said NovaGroup’s representative at the ceremony.

NovaGroup is currently completing its ecosystem with eight corporations (Novaland, Nova Service, Nova Consumer, Nova Tech, Nova Capital Partners, Nova Logistic, Nova Industry, and Nova Finance) and is a leading economic development and investment corporation in Vietnam.

On the road ahead, NovaGroup is expected to offer jobs and generate income for 240,000 direct and 1.3 million indirect employees, contributing to the National Tourism Strategy.

NovaGroup's well-founded ecosystem creates outstanding products and world-class experiential services; builds megacities associated with local economic development, social security, and new tourist destinations; and promotes tourism development.

On the road ahead, NovaGroup is expected to offer jobs and generate income for 240,000 direct and 1.3 million indirect employees, contributing to the National Tourism Strategy.

The group also plans to develop 50 satellite and tourism economic townships in 30 provinces and cities; attract 36 million service users to Nova Service by 2025; set up more than 250,000 points of sale for Nova Consumer's FMCG products domestically, and export them to other countries.

NovaGroup consistently adheres to its sustainable development strategy. Prominent among them are long-term programmes such as the Future School of Vietnam project in Binh Thuan, Ba Ria – Vung Tau and Dong Nai to offer free education to students in difficult circumstances; the Green Up Vietnam programme; Reducing plastic waste on a nationwide scale; accompanying the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City; and helping the Vietnam Red Cross through the “For our sea and islands” fund and the “For the poor” for 2022 – 2026, and many, many more.

Launched in 2007, the APEA awards is held annually in 16 countries and markets across Asia. APEA honours businesses and leaders with splendid performances, outstanding qualities and achievements which have built successful businesses while creating good values ​​for society. Award categories are evaluated based on rigorous criteria and independent business surveys.
