METALEX Vietnam exhibition 2022 opens in HCMC

The METALEX Vietnam exhibition has opened in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), from October 6-8, 2022 with the theme "Shape the next normal".

The exhibition returns in 2022 with over 250 brands from 20 countries, including Accretech, Epson, Mitutoyo, Takamaz, Yamaha, Hiwin, LKM, New Century, Delta, and Showadenki, as well as 8 international group pavilions.

Designed, constructed, and conceptualized in the mold of the greatest metalworking event in ASEAN, METALEX Vietnam has provided machine suppliers with comprehensive metalworking experiences over the years.

This year, the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in Ho Chi Minh City, Investment & Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC), and Ho Chi Minh City Center for Supporting Industries Development (CSID) organize "Supporting Industry Show 2022" at METALEX Vietnam exhibition, to promote the development and growth of supporting industries. This co-located exhibition will open up opportunities for domestic component suppliers to connect with Japanese assembly companies to create an effective partnership for both sides, and request machine upgrades to improve production capacity. It is to enhance the experience for industrialists with excellence customer engagement activities and services. At the same time, participants can expand their skills and experience in technology to get the utmost advantage from the project.

Vu Trong Tai, General Director of RX Tradex Vietnam, said, "Compared to other developing markets in the region, Vietnam is emerging as a leading market in the supply and production of commodities. Visitors and exhibitors can experience many activities and programs at the exhibitions, including Technology Runway, Welding Competition 2022, Metal Puzzle Challenge, updating information and new technology via series of specialized seminars, and connecting with international pavilions.

The "Technology Runway" showcases the breakthroughs and outstanding functionality of enterprise machines, while gaining new insights into buyers' needs and meeting their requirements.

Attendees can seize the attractive opportunities to expand connection beyond borders at international pavilions such as India, Germany, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand , China that will showcase their unique technologies and services.

With the main topic “Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) and Potential Applications”, attendees have the opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in metal 3D printing, applications and solutions, as well as future trends from leading industry experts.
