KBC: Amending charter capital

The Board resolution dated July 02, 2022, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved the following issues:

  1. Approved the update of new charter capital to VND 7,676,047,590,000, equivalent to 767,604,759 shares due to stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
  2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
