$210 million mobilised via October 28 G-bond auction

A total of VND4.87 trillion (US$210 million) was mobilised for the State Treasury through a Government bond auction at the Ha Noi Stock Exchange (HNX) on Wednesday.

The Treasury offered VND8 trillion worth of G-bonds, including VND2 trillion worth of seven-year bonds, VND3.5 trillion of 15-year bonds, VND1 trillion of 20-year bonds and VND1.5 trillion of 30-year bonds.

It raised VND250 billion worth of seven-year bonds with an annual yield rate of 1.55 per cent, down 0.35 per cent from the auction on March 11.

It mobilised VND3.5 trillion worth of 15-year bonds with an annual yield rate of 2.76 per cent, up 0.02 per cent from the previous auction on October 21.

A total of VND720 billion was mobilised from 20-year bonds with an annual interest rate of 3.02 per cent, unchanged from the October 21 auction.

Bonds with 30-year maturity raised VND400 billion with an annual interest rate of 3.25 per cent, unchanged from the previous auction on October 21.

So far this year, the State Treasury has collected VND260.116 trillion from G-bond auctions.
