Int'l trade shows in paper, coating, rubber, plastic to open in August

The four leading international trade exhibitions specialized in paper, coatings, rubber and plastics in Vietnam will take place from August 3-5, 2022 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

These four international trade shows include: The 9th international paper and pulp exhibition (PAPER VIETNAM 2022); The 8th international exhibition specialized in rubber industry and tire manufacturing (RUBBER & TYRE VIETNAM 2022); The 7th international exhibition specialized in coatings and printing ink industry (COATINGS EXPO VIETNAM 2022); The 3rd exhibition on plastic industry (PLASTECH VIETNAM 2022).

This is an annual international trade event organized by Minh Vi Exhibition & Advertising Services Company Limited (VEAS) for the past 10 years. Returning after 3 years, the 2022 exhibition received strong support and interest from domestic and international associations such as the Vietnam Pulp and Paper Association (VPPA), Vietnam Paint and Ink Association (VPIA), Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA), Ho Chi Minh City Rubber Plastic Association (RUPA), Export Promotion Council of Basic Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics of India (CHEMEXCIL), Indian Agricultural & Recycling Paper Mills Association (IARPMA), Association of Korean Adhesives and Coatings manufactures (KACA).

The exhibitions will have the participation of more than 150 enterprises from 17 countries, including Belgium, Germany, Indonesia, USA, Japan, France, Thailand, Turkey, Sweden, China, India, Korea, Malaysia. In particular, the Country of Honor of this year's exhibition is India with a strong presence of 41 businesses.

Many typical Vietnamese brands have booths at this year's exhibition such as: Dong Tien Paper, Miza, Viet An, Minh Thanh, Minh Long, Da Nang Rubber, Hien Long, Kien Vuong, Vuot Song, Quoc Thang, Nhat Minh, Nguyen Quynh Anh, Mac Tich...

The event is expected to welcome about 8,000 domestic and international visitors. This is an international trade meeting point and a great opportunity to help businesses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, buyers and technical experts promote business cooperation after negative impacts of Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, it helps the parties to enhance the exchange of experiences, update the latest information and processes with leading industry leaders, and build a strong digital network in Vietnam.

At the exhibition, the display areas will show new products and improved technology, one of which is: raw rubber trading area; the exhibition area of ​​the paper production industry chain (including all kinds of paper, pulp and paper production technology, paper chemicals, packaging paper, tissue paper); exhibition area for paint products, coating materials…

During the three-day exhibition, there will be a series of specialized seminars with the following topics: Information technology application in the management of paper factories in Vietnam; Paper machine for making corrugated boxes in the coming years in Vietnam; Overview of the rubber industry, potential and opportunities for technical rubber development; Meeting with businesses in the paint industry in Vietnam and businesses in India and Korea; Meeting with Vietnamese and international businesses in paper industry; and independent seminar sessions by experts and businesses in the industries.

In addition, the exhibition will also have a Business Matching (B2B) program, a Potential Buyer Program (VIP Buyer); Sightseeing tour (Visit Tour), and many other practical activities.
