ASAM: BOD resolution dated April 14, 2022

The Board resolution dated April 14, 2022, the Board of Directors of ASAM Securities Corporation approved the following issues:

  1. The cancellation of record date (April 08, 2022) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022. Accordingly, the new record date is May 05, 2022.
  2. The extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 20, 2022.
