Dat Tam and Advantech promote first smart luxury resort in Vietnam

On March 11, Dat Tam Investment Corporation and Advantech Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic partnership agreement to implement Advantech’s very first smart luxury resort and develop the smart real estate model in Vietnam.

In light of the agreement, diverse cutting-edge technologies, such as cloud computing, big data, and AI developed on Advantech’s WISE-PaaS platform will be applied to Dat Tam’s real estates projects. Both sides expect the model to offer outstanding experiences for customers.

Real estate projects owned by Dat Tam will apply smart city solutions developed by Advantech. Chang Paradise – a premier eco-resort in the heart of Con Dao Island – will be one of the pioneering projects in Dat Tam’s series of smart luxury resort projects that apply these technologies.

At these projects, Advantech’s solutions target two specific groups of users. First, with guests at the resorts, Advantech focuses on enhancing the user experience, leveraging smart healthcare solutions with iHealthcare, smart retail services with iRetail, and smart apartments with Smart Home.

With these solutions, guests at the resorts are expected to enjoy outstanding facilities such as remote healthcare monitoring, interactive shopping support, and voice control with lighting and sound adjustable according to the guest’s emotions.

For investors and operators, Advantech aims at centralising management solutions to optimise operational performance through solutions such as an intelligent operation centre, energy management systems, smart lighting systems, smart security monitoring, and smart environment management systems. Data will be collected, visualised, and analysed on the WISE-PaaS platform.

Real estate projects owned by Dat Tam will apply smart city solutions developed by Advantech.

Both sides focus on optimising energy usage and emission reduction, developing urban areas in association with infrastructure development, and promoting urbanisation associated with environmental protection, thus leading to a sustainable society.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Pham Gia Chi Bao, chairman of Dat Tam shared, “Smart cities and digital transformation are of great interest to society. As Advantech is one of the world’s leaders in smart IoT solutions, I believe this cooperation for eco-tourism systems and smart city projects of Dat Tam and its partners will bring outstanding benefits to customers.”

According to Do Duc Hau, general manager of Advantech Vietnam, the premier resort Chang Paradise Con Dao is just one of many projects for which Dat Tam will cooperate with Advantech.

“In the near future, similar projects developed by Dat Tam will also apply the smart real estate model. Advantech is committed to accompanying Dat Tam to provide unique, distinctive products and different experiences,” said Hau.
