Vinh Phuc calls for investment in Yen Lac Green City project

The northern province of Vinh Phuc is inviting companies to invest in the Yen Lac Green City urban area that stretches across more than 47 hectares in Yen Lac district.

According to Vinh Phuc Department of Planning and Investment, businesses who are eager to invest in Yen Lac Green City urban area project must carry out procedures to be granted digital certificates and submit registration documents to the National Bidding Network System.

The deadline for registration is 10am on February 4, 2022.

The Yen Lac Green City project covers a total area of 474,256 square metres in Yen Lac township, Binh Dinh and Trung Nguyen communes of Yen Lac district. It is part of the urban and service development planning of B2 subdivision projects with a scale of 1/2,000 in Vinh Yen city, Yen Lac and Tam Duong districts.

The Yen Lac Green City project is expected to put into use by 2026, with execution period lasting for 50 years since the date of issuance of the investment registration certificate.

The project’s investment objective is to develop a modern urban area for some 2,750 residents with a synchronous infrastructure system of housing units, shopping centres, and row houses.

The project includes a 5-storey commercial building with a construction area of 5,120sq.m. Located along the main road axis, the commercial building is designed with shopping malls and stores as well as supermarkets to serve local demand. Of note, some 1,180sq.m would be used to building markets and supermarkets.

Another four-storey commercial and service building provides 84 shophouses with a total construction area of 8,476sq.m.

Additionally, one 4-storey row house area is designed with 484 apartments and a construction area of 43,334sq.m.

The project also comprises of a low-rise social housing area that has a construction area of 13,748sq.m and provides 204 2-storey housing units.

An inter-level school would be built as part of the project. With a construction area of 3,445.4sq.m, the 3-storey school building is projected to serve up to 140 kindergarten students, 180 primary school students, and 152 secondary school students.

3-storey public works have a combined construction area of 648.6sq.m while a 3-storey medical station has a construction area of 532.9sq.m.

The project has three 2-storey car parks with a total construction area of 3,070sq.m.

Up to 2,344sq.m will be used for public parks and green spaces while a lake and its surrounding landscapes would stretch a total of 154,238sq.m.

The preliminary project implementation cost is estimated at VND2.096 trillion($91.13 million), excluding compensation and resettlement costs. The compensation resettlement costs are projected at VND178.998 billion ($7.8 million).

The project is expected to put into use by 2026. The execution period could last for 50 years from the date of issuance of the investment registration certificate.
