Digital transformation: Retail industry catches the rebound of new normal

In recent years, Vietnamese corporations and businesses have become strategic customers of Hitachi Vantara Vietnam (HVN), with the company’s total revenue in the Vietnamese market reporting a 17 per cent jump in 2021 against 13 per cent in 2019.

Local businesses are gradually improving their competitiveness through digital transformation. The Total Retail Management Solutions project was signed at the end of July 2020, marking the initial step of investment cooperation in IT application between HVN and SKR.
