KMR: Borrowing capital from Agribank

On September 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of Mirae Joint Stock Company approved the plan for borrowing capital from Agribank – Song Than Industrial Zone Branch:

-          Loan amount: VND25 billion

-          Purpose: to raise the Company’s working capital

-          Collateral: the land-use right, ownership of houses and assets attached to the land, machinery owned by the Company.
