SMARTSC: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated July 21, 2021, the BOD of SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company approved to raise its charter capital after the private placement of shares. Details are as follows:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND310,000,000,000

-          Additional increase charter capital: VND490,000,000,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND800,000,000,000

-          Stock volume after the issuance: 80,000,000 shares.
