HNG: HNG still in the warning status

On March 09, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.503/QD-SGDHCM to change the stock of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company (stock code: HNG) from the supervision status to the warning status.

On March 31, 2021, HOSE received the 2020 audited consolidated financial statements from HNG. Accordingly, the profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2020 was 20.91 billion dongs, the undistributed profit after tax at December 31, 2020 was -2,306.11 billion dongs.

Therefore, HOSE decided to remain the warning status for HNG.
