PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards return for 7th year, expands broadcast with new platforms

The 7th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards will honour the most exemplary property developers and projects, achievements and innovations.

Nominations from the public and entries from developers themselves are being accepted until August 13 at AsiaPropertyAwards.com/nominations.

Organised by Asia’s leading property technology company, PropertyGuru Group, and supported by leading brands like Kohler, the awards will be judged by an independent panel of experts chaired by Thien Duong, managing director of Transform Architecture, while HLB Real Estate Group will be the supervisor of the awards.

The winning developers and projects will be honoured on October 8 at a black-tie gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony in HCM City, which will strictly follow health and safety protocols mandated by authorities.

The gala night will be live-streamed globally via AsiaPropertyAwards.com and partner channels, with highlights to be aired on official cable TV partner History Channel.

In 2020 the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards online gala series, the first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region, was viewed more than 516,000 times and reached viewers and investors in more than 75 countries.

The main category winners will advance to the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand, on December 9 and compete with the region’s most outstanding developers and projects for the title of “Best in Asia”.

At the sixth PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards last year, outstanding developers from all over Viet Nam converged in HCM City to vie for 49 awards that celebrated the nation’s growing crop of industrial and integrated township developments, master-planned communities, mixed-use sites, and new urban areas.

Gamuda Land Vietnam won the award for Best Developer and seven other awards.

Viet Nam won three regional trophies last year at the Asian grand final in Thailand: Ecopark Corporation JSC for Best Township Development, Kien A Corporation for Best Hospitality Architectural Design, and Gamuda Land HCMC JSC for Best High Rise Condo Landscape Architectural Design.
