AAM: BOD resolution on holding AGM for FY 2020

The Board resolution dated January 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company approved the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2020 as follows:

-          Record date: expected in February 22, 2021.

-          Meeting time: March 27, 2021

-          Meeting venue: lot 24 Tra Noc Industrial zone, Tra Noc Ward, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City.

-          Content:

  • Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021;
  • Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;
  • Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
  • Approving the report from the Supervisory Board;
  • Approving the plan for 2020 profit distribution;
  • Other issues.
