The launch of ezCloud

This is part of the activities to introduce Make in Vietnam digital products and platforms to implement the prime minister's recently-approved National Digital Transformation Programme by 2025 with vision to 2030.

According to a representative of ezCloud Global Technology Co., Ltd. – the founder of ezCloud – currently about 600 of the total of 2,000 hotels across the country are using ezCloud. The key difference between ezCloud and other foreign hotel booking platforms is that the latter focuses on business support which brings about most profit for them, while ezCloud provides deep support in other segments of operation and distribution as well, thus helping increase service quality.

For instance, AA Hospitality has been using ezcloud for five years and has a great deal of trust in the platform. A representative of AA Hospitality said that throughout using the solution, it has experienced no data loss while receiving timely technical support. The representative noted that ezCloud quality is on par with foreign-invested services.

According to Do Cong Anh, Deputy Director of the MIC’s Department of Computerisation, COVID-19 has prompted the tourism industry to focus more on the domestic segment. This is also a time for it to take a closer look at the market and development models, as well as build development strategies.

“This is an opportunity for tourism to accelerate digital transformation towards smart tourism development,” he stressed.

With a smart and user-friendly interface, ezCloudhotel is easy to use for every department, including receptionists, housekeepers, and cashiers. ezCloudhotel allows hoteliers to monitor their properties from everywhere via laptops or through a handy mobile application. The solution offers centralised management of hotel chains through a single account, with simple staff authorisation in a few clicks.

ezCloud helps increase room occupancy level through direct connection with hundreds of online travel agents (OTAs) worldwide, gaining exposure to hotel guests from different regions around the globe.

Founded on August 14, 2013, with the slogan “Simplify your business”, ezCloud has gained the largest market share in Vietnam with a series of coveted achievements including Smart Tourism Solution 2020, Top 10 Sao Khue Award 2019, Vietnam Digital Awards 2019, and top 15 startup in Asian in 2015 among others.

ezCloud's vision is to help hoteliers simplify their management and business. Now, ezCloud is the No.1 Hotel Business Management platform in Vietnam, dominating the national market with more than 6,000 customers. It is present in five countries now.
