Masteri Centre Point: New centre of new city

With Vietnam's economy improving in the 3rd quarter of 2020 alongside the approval of the 'new city' – Thu Duc City – the east of Ho Chi Minh City has become a primary point of interest for investors at the close of the year.

Masteri Centre Point, the latest project from renowned developer Masterise Homes, sits in a prime location at the heart of a megadevelopment known as Vinhomes Grand Park in District 9.

Already recognized as a new central business district (CBD) of Ho Chi Minh City, the megadevelopment continues to make a name for itself.

Discover heart of new city – Thu Duc

Following a successful Q3/2020 launch, Masterise Homes sought to deliver a deeper understanding of its message and new project, Masteri Centre Point, to the future residential community as the project is set to play a vital role in the development of Thu Duc City.

A new event, titled 'The New City – The New Centre Point,’ introduced more details about the project and its role in the new Thu Duc, while celebrating the project’s achievements and the close of a successful year. All in attendance agreed that the recent changes and advancements have raised the potential of the east and solidified its enormous potential.

Masterise Homes also used this event as an opportunity to introduce the special financial packages in place for buyers of the project, including free interest for the first 30 months and free management fees for five consecutive years.

"Our desire to create a luxury living space that meets the needs of residents in Thu Duc City drove us to develop Masteri Centre Point as you see it today,” said Gibran Bukhari, head of the sales division of Masterise Homes.

“As a pioneer in the new city, the project will be an ideal home for an upscale community in the heart of an area anticipated to become the 'Silicon Valley of Vietnam.’

“With such momentum behind it, Masteri Centre Point will no doubt see a value increase in no time.”

Additionally, the developer introduced its modern sales app, which uses online software to complete electronic confirmations and transactions.

This new technology will make the journey of buying a home faster, safer, and more convenient while elevating the customer experience and meeting Masterise Homes' goal to deliver a level of service higher than ever experienced in Vietnam.

Superb location doubles project value

Thu Duc City was officially approved as a 'new' city on December 9, 2020, thanks to the merging of District 2, District 9, and Thu Duc District.

The area will become an economic triangle for the east of Ho Chi Minh City, claiming a strategic, adjacent location to the central districts and satellite cities.

Ahead of the merger, Masterise Homes chose to invest in District 9, seeing it as a creative hub with well-invested infrastructure and excellent connectivity, a benefit to any burgeoning development.

The coming years will see the deployment and completion of many infrastructure projects, including the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien metro line connecting District 1 and District 9; the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway; Van Dai 3 Road; and, importantly, the Long Thanh International Airport as it will be a central hub of connection to other provinces.

Following the approval of Thu Duc City, real estate experts anticipate a rapid increase in land price in the area – a positive sign for buyers interested in making District 9 their new home.

Vitality of high-tech centre

The development of Masteri Centre Point means a compound of rich, diversified facilities.

The closed residential community will have access to the common amenities found within Vinhomes Grand Park, including a 36-hectare green park, artificial lake, 45-story office building, Manhattan shopping boulevard, Vincom Megamall, Manhattan Glory Marina, Vinschool school system, and Vinmec International Hospital.

In addition, residents of the internal hub are also fully entitled to the use of the five-star facilities found within the compound.

Some of the developer's most successful projects include Masteri Thao Dien, Masteri An Phu, and Millennium, as well as a pipeline of such exciting projects as LUMIÈRE Riverside in District 2 and Masteri Waterfront in Hanoi.

Masteri Centre Point Thu Duc is scheduled for completion in Q4 2022, around the same time as the anticipated finalized city planning strategy for Thu Duc City.
