In Bangkok, Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020 Charity Gala was one of the very first events to be held at the brand new Four Seasons Bangkok. Guests were treated to a firework show over Chao Phraya River as part of a full slate of activities. The night was extra special for Thai developer SC Asset who took home Developer of the Year 2020.
"Together we are strong" was a key message throughout Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020 Winners’ Dinner. In that spirit, a special charity campaign was launched by Dot Property, its partners and Habitat for Humanity, a global charity improving the quality of life for people by building homes and transforming communities.
A victory at Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020 would allow them to end one of the most challenging years with something to be proud of. Among this year’s winners in the developer categories were Cat Tuong Group (Vietnam), KSK Land (Malaysia) and Paramount Land (Indonesia).
Project winners of this year’s Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards include The Estelle Phrom Phong (Thailand) and The Pearl Hoi An (Vietnam) that feature unmatched design and quality. Merdeka 118 (Malaysia), winner of Most Iconic Landmark Development, literally stood out due to its height.
Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020 also celebrated real estate agencies, property consultancies, property management companies, contractors and technology. "We want to congratulate all of this year's winners for their hard work during what has been an extraordinarily challenging year. Their innovative spirit and ability to overcome adversity was an inspiration for us to carry on and find a way to host Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2020 despite the fact we couldn't all be together in one place," said Adam Sutcliffe, director of Dot Property, Events and International Markets.
Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards recognize the best in regional real estate by honoring the leading developers, projects and companies that contribute to the sector. More than 400 Dot Property Awards have been presented since the program was launched in 2016 with previous events hosted in Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Metro Manila.
