The selection of Top 10 Representative Companies with Happy Workforce was based on the results of the Happiness at Work survey, independently conducted by Anphabe – an employer branding and working environment consultancy. The survey assesses employees’ satisfaction with their companies based on six criteria: company reputation, corporate culture and environment, leadership and management, total rewards, growth opportunity, and work-life quality. Anphabe conducts the annual Vietnam Best Places to Work survey with over 70,000 employees at more than 700 companies from 20 different industries across Vietnam.
