Gamuda Land Vietnam wins Best Developer at Vietnam Property Awards 2020

At the Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) 2020 ceremony, Gamuda Land Vietnam was honoured with the highest award of Best Developer of the year. At the same time, the company also won eight major categories of this year's awards framework.

The leading town-maker from Malaysia was also the leading nominee this year by quantity and received 11 nominations out of a total of 49 categories of the sixth VPA. The overall category that brought the highest glory to Gamuda Land is Best Developer of the year.

In addition to this glorious award, Gamuda Land Vietnam was also honoured to receive a series of Special Recognition awards, including Special Recognition in Sustainable Construction, Special Recognition in Sustainable Design, and Special Recognition in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

Celadon City won three major project awards

In terms of project awards, Celadon City – the world-class township developed by Gamuda Land in Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh City – was honoured with the Best Masterplan Design award. At the same time, Diamond Centery, the luxury apartment component project of Celadon City, also won in one of the most fiercely competitive categories, Best High-End Condo Landscape Architectural Design. In addition, Celadon Sports & Resort Club, the largest private sports and resort complex in Ho Chi Minh City, also brought Celadon City a golden trophy in the category of Best Sporting Facility.

Giving a speech at the ceremony, Cheong Ho Kuan, chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam shared: “This recognition is a huge honor for us as it is a strong proof to affirm that Gamuda Land is moving in the right direction, as well as a great motivation to encourage us to leap further in the future.”
