Wonderland shophouse: a new rising star in Ho Tram tourism area

Ocean shophouse in Wonderland, a component of the NovaWorld Ho Tram Tourism, Recreation and Entertainment Complex developed by giant Novaland Group, is attracting many buyers thanks to the high profits it fetches them and its professional planning and good location.

Just 90 minutes by road from HCM City, Ho Tram in Ba Ria -Vung Tau Province, with its beautiful landscapes like a long beach and verdant forest, is a rising new star in the tourism sector.

Seeing the potential of the area, Novaland Group has poured money to develop a luxury hospitality and entertainment complex called NovaWorld Ho Tram here.

Spreading over 1,000ha, it has 10 phases. Of them, Wonderland is inspired by western fairy tales and many colourful stories.

According to Novaland, over 50 per cent of the units in Wonderland are shophouses which will bring great benefit to buyers. Many people decided to buy them as soon as they were launched in the market.

Re-renting commitment

Most people buying a shophouse have the same question: how will the shophouse be rented after the project is completed?

Understanding this, Novaland offers to help buyers resolve this problem and maximise their benefit.

There will be a number of beneficial policies in the first five years.

Many shophouses in Wonderland will be rented by Nova F&B with a commitment to ensure an income of up to VND1.2 billion a year for their owners. Nova F&B is a Novaland Group’s company specializing in managing and operating food and beverage brands at projects developed by Novaland.

Value keeps increasing

Thanh Tung, a hotel owner in Vung Tau, said when the number of hotels and restaurants reaches saturation point in a central part, it is better to seek investment opportunities in newer areas.

Good location and planning will push up the value of shophouses in Wonderland

“I have invested a lot in Long Hai town, a famous tourism area in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.

“In recent years many investors have flocked to Ho Tram to develop hospitality projects. I have followed them. If not, I will be late and cannot enjoy the good prices available now.”

Viet kieu (overseas Vietnamese) buyers have another point of view.

Dan Thanh, an overseas Vietnamese living in France, said she has bought two shophouses in Wonderland.

“The property market in Viet Nam has been well developed. Viet kieu should invest in Viet Nam.

“The model of Wonderland - NovaWorld Ho Tram is unique in Viet Nam. The location is so good and will attract many buyers as well as visitors when the project is completed. Therefore, the price, I am sure, will increase.”

Business efficiency optimised

Shophouses in coastal towns are no less competitive than in big cities since tourism is a rapidly growing industry in the country.

Policies for developing tourism in provinces and cities have also caused the local real-estate market to develop.

In 2019 tourism fetched Ba Ria – Vung Tau revenues of nearly VND230 trillion, a 10 per cent increase from the previous year. The total number of visitors was six million, 10 per cent of them were foreigners.

Since they are themed shophouses in a theme resort complex, once Wonderland opens its doors, the shophouses will surely attract many visitors who love shopping and entertainment.

For buyers, Wonderland is the ideal place since it boasts professional planning. The shops will be used for a diverse variety of purposes to enable owners to optimise their profits: they will be food and beverage shops, convenience stores, fashion shops, cosmetics shops, and spas.

Stable development

The value of shophouses in Wonderland is forecast to rise in future when all amenities like second homes, hotels, theme parks, and amusement areas at the 1,000ha Novaworld Ho Tram are ready.

Besides, Novaworld Ho Tram will be a place where many music shows and festivals will be held throughout the year. These performances will also attract many visitors.

Wonderland will benefit from the many amenities at NovaWorld Ho Tram

High quality, built by prestigious developer

The aspects that helped make up Dan Thanh’s mind to buy a shophouse in Wonderland were not just unique design, good location and professional planning, but also the prestige of the developer, Novaland Group.

“I love Novaland Group. I can recognise all Novaland Group’s projects with one look. There is something special in Novaland’s projects.

“Novaland is a large, prestigious developer in Viet Nam and I will further invest in the company’s projects.”

Novaland is a leading property developer with over 28 years of experience. This year the company continues with the second phase of its business strategy, developing branded projects like NovaHills, NovaBeach and NovaWorld.

The group has stepped up investment in tourism projects with brand NovaTourism to create a stable tourism eco-system, which will help it bring more value to its customers and improve its products’ saleability.

In addition, developing a stable tourism eco-system will also help Novaland better serve residents in their resort projects as well as help create a new tourism destination in local areas.
