FLC Group to inaugurate Viet Nam's biggest hotel in Quy Nhon in November 2020

FLC Grand Hotel Quy Nhon is scheduled to be officially inaugurated in November this year, becoming a new iconic project in central province of Binh Dinh, contributing to the completion and enhancement of a luxury resort experience for visitors in one of the leading vacation spots in Viet Nam.

Located on the most beautiful beach in Quy Nhon, FLC Grand Hotel Quy Nhon is considered one of the top 5-star hotel complexes in Viet Nam, as well as in the South Central Region.

The hotel features 1,500 rooms, with a hosting capacity of up to 3,500 guests, located in the FLC Quy Nhon Beach & Golf Resort - the first 5-star resort complex in Binh Dinh.

FLC said the project is entering the final preparation stages, bringing the total capacity of the entire FLC Quy Nhon complex to approximately 2,500 rooms.

With a record length of approximately one kilometre, consisting of four 11-storey hotel buildings overlooking the sea, FLC Grand Hotel Quy Nhon has a unique design resembling a giant DNA chain winding along the coast of Nhon Ly. In addition, the project aims to comply with both the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and VGBC’s Green Building Certification system (LOTUS) from the very first phases.

This is rare for hotel projects in Viet Nam, as this requires strict compliance with a large number of sets of standards such as improving the quality of the living environment, increasing the project's adaptability to environmental changes, using renewable energy optimally.

Design consultancy by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (BE), a leading Austrian brand known for optimising the “green” concepts in design, the project was built with the idea of creating a green tropical space and a luxurious living, close to nature, at the same time preserving local cultural specialties.

FLC Grand Hotel Quy Nhon is fully planned with facilities such as a children's play zone, water park, restaurants, multi-style bars and especially the artificial pool of a record length of about one kilometre.

Visitors could enjoy other facilities at FLC Quy Nhon such as a 36-hole golf course in the Top 3 most beautiful golf courses in Asia, International Convention Centre and the first semi-wild animal park in Quy Nhon.
