VSIP gained several awards at the end of July, when Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2020 announced prestigious property brands which contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnamese real estate, as well as reinforce new property trends to catch up on global developments.

At the ceremony, VSIP was mentioned as an innovative group, developing new models for worthwhile projects in both the segments of industrial property and commercial housing.

Coming to the fore with prestigious awards

Beside the prize as the Best Landed Developer won by VSIP Group, its subsidiaries have scored many spectacular successes in the criteria of Best Design as well as Innovative and Sustainable Developer.

Particularly, VSIP Bac Ninh was honoured as the Best Green Industrial Building and Best Sustainable Commercial Development for its High-Rise Ready Built Factory.

The Habitat Binh Duong of VSIP-Sembcorp was awarded the Best Sustainable Condo Development. Also, Best Housing Master Plan Design was given to Sun Casa Central of VSIP JV.

The jury representative of Dot Property Vietnam Award stated that VSIP Group and those companies which have inner strength and practical products will retain their position despite COVID-19.

“Thanks to their high morale of constant innovation, proven capability, flexibility, and acuteness, companies have completely overcome hardship even in the middle of COVID-19.”

In fact, VSIP has been expanded to include not only industrial property but also the housing segment, making VSIP the integrated township of great utilities and high-standard services for thousands of citizens like experts and workers to settle down.

New phase of development

In 2008, when the name of the industrial zone had left its imprint on VSIP citizens, VSIP shareholders oriented to a new model of integrated townships of service, urban, and industrial park, preparing for a new growth period.

“We understand that, along with the development of the zones, it is essential to create a standard, eco-friendly, and harmonious living environment for both foreign and domestic experts and workers,” said VSIP’s representative.

At the present, VSIP has become an integrated township of both urban and industrial area. Its modern and environment-friendly infrastructure and cultural diversity has lured more and more foreign investors.

The group has now run nine projects across the country. Besides three projects in Binh Duong, VSIP has successfully set up six projects in Bac Ninh, Haiphong, Quang Ngai, Hai Duong, and Nghe An. In the meantime, the group has considered researching and developing more projects in other provinces.

It is worth noting that commercial housing projects invested by VSIP have left a favourable impression in the market thanks to its quality products, optimal design, and high-standard living environment.

One of the noticeable projects is The Habitat with 11 towers in the completion of the first stage on Avenue of Friendship, VSIP I Industrial Zone, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province. The project is developed by VSIP JV, Semborp (Singapore), and MC Development Asia (Mitsubishi, Japan).

Additionally, the project of Sun Casa in the complex of VSIP II Binh Duong which is operated by Savills Vietnam under international standards has been open for residents to live in an ample space of 7 hectares, including 383 shophouses and terraced houses.

The urban area that is gradually completed will generate an experimental green environment, contemporary interior design, and high security for citizens.

The representative of VSIP Group revealed that in the future, VSIP will continue fostering industrial zones and high-standard commercial housing with modern utilities, contractures, and services to improve living standard for locals. VSIP tends to lead the trend of ecological complexes in Vietnam, including both well-being and an eco-friendly environment.
