Gaw NP Industrial to open first ready-built-factory this October

GNP Yen Binh – Industrial Center, a project by Gaw NP Industrial is welcoming visitors to its site, a 13-hectare industrial centre located in Pho Yen district of Thai Nguyen city in the north of Vietnam.

Divided into two phases, Gaw NP Industrial's GNP Yen Binh is providing approximately 90,000 square metres of ready-built-factory (RBF) space for lease which will be put into operation within 2021.

With various factory plots ranging from 2,000 and 5,000 to 10,000 square metres, GNP Yen Binh will be tailored to suit any RBF requirements of tenants.

In developing a premium RBF for first-class tenants, GNP Yen Binh boasts open factory floor plans with no internal columns, a seamless one-stop-shop leasing process (for example assisted leasing, registration, and other value-add services) and supporting facilities for operational ease (for example canteen, wastewater treatment, fire sprinkler system, and on-site customer service team).

According to Vo Sy Nhan, co-founder and managing director of Gaw NP Industrial, after more than a year of starting business in Vietnam, Gaw NP Industrial is now making a turning point in the Vietnamese industrial real estate market.

In addition to the first project which will be put into operation very soon, other projects of Gaw NP Industrial in the southern region are also in progress.

Nhan added that projects invested by Gaw NP Industrial are mostly located at places that offer good investment policies for the manufacturing sector and where logistics and transport systems are favourable, such as Thai Nguyen, northern Vietnam, as well as Dong Nai and Binh Duong in southern Vietnam.

GNP Yen Binh is located in an ideal venue with many advantages for logistics and transportation, as it lies along the Hanoi-Thai Nguyen Highway and Yen Binh intersection, both graded to Intelligent Transportation System standards. It is also positioned near a Samsung factory, with four connection routes to Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi centre, deep sea ports in Haiphong, and the Vietnam-China border gate.

With the motto “You invest. We do best", Gaw NP Industrial understands the concerns and difficulties of enterprises when investing in Vietnam, thus always trying to find effective but sustainable solutions for its tenants.

Gaw NP Industrial is a joint logistics and industrial platform under Gaw Capital Partners and NP Capital Partners. The platform will invest in industrial properties in strategic locations with modern design to serve the strong demand from export-import businesses and companies servicing the booming e-commerce and retail activities in Vietnam.

Drawing from Gaw Capital Partners' global track record of developing and operating almost 1 million square metres of industrial space, Gaw NP Industrial expects to develop its business in the Vietnamese market with services for warehousing, leasing, and managing assets. Its target tenants are investors and manufacturers in machinery, electronics, automobile, and garments.

“Our business strategy in Vietnam is suitable for industrial property. In the time to come, Gaw NP Industrial will continue investing in the country and developing projects, bringing Vietnam's industrial market to the global stage,” Nhan said.

GNP Yen Binh will be open for visitors from mid-October when it finishes Block A1. Potential tenants can be registered to visit the project here.
