The function, called GenXPlain, enables users to ask anything related to insurance such as products and services, terms and conditions, health issues, and the claims process.

Like all other features on GenVita, GenXPlain is provided completely free of charge to Generali customers and any GenVita users. One year after its official launch, GenVita has attracted more than five million users with tens of thousands of daily visits and interactions.

After logging into GenVita via the app on mobile devices or web browsers, users can easily access GenXPlain to ask a question or interact with Generali insurance experts, or exchange information with other community members.

“We are glad that GenVita has been well-received by a large number of users,” said Tina Nguyen, Generali Vietnam CEO. “This shows a huge demand for quality and reliable health and insurance information, and a growing demand for digital health services in Vietnam.”

Nguyen added that GenXPlain offers added value to Generali’s existing customers, as well as useful information to the community.

GenVita is a digital health ecosystem developed by Generali Vietnam, offering free services to its customers and the community. Apart from enabling users to research, buy, and manage insurance policies online, GenVita provides useful and reliable information on health and insurance topics, while encouraging its users to look after their health.

Besides continuously enhancing popular features such as telehealth function Alo Dr. Gen or footstep counting function GenGo, Generali Vietnam is constantly investing in upgrading GenVita and integrating new features. GenVita’s fresh interface is more friendly and convenient than ever, featuring much more in-depth articles and an improved visual experience. Specifically, the new GenGift function allows customers and GenVita users to accumulate bonus points through exciting activities on the platform and redeem these points for a plethora of gifts.

A member of Italy-based Generali Group – one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers – Generali Vietnam currently has a nationwide network of over 60 agency offices and customer service centres, serving over 300,000 clients after nine years of operation in the country.
