HVG: Decision on delisting of stock

On July 29, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.411/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Hung Vuong Corporation (HVG):

-          Stock type                               : common stock

-          Stock code                              : HVG

-          Delisting volume                     : 227,038,291 shares

-          Delisting value                        : VND2,270,382,910,000

-          Effective delisting date           : August 05, 2020

-          Reason: The listed company seriously violated the information disclose obligation and the cases that the Hochiminh Stock Exchange or the State Securities Commission deems necessary to cancel the listing in order to protect investors’ benefits. This is a case of delisting as defined at Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP by the Ministry and Point 1.11, Clause 1, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
