HID: HID to be put into warning status

On July 09, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.369/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company (stock code: HID) into warning status as of July 16, 2020.

Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company was -20,497,265,208 dongs, based on the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2020. This is the case of warning securities under the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
