DIC: Notice of delisting of stock

On July 09, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1254/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (DIC):

-          Stock code                              : DIC

-          Stock type                               : common stock

-          Par value                                 : VND10,000

-          Delisting volume                     : 26,585,840 shares

-          Delisting value                        : VND265,858,400,000

-          Reason: The auditing company rejected to give opinions about the 2019 financial statements of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. This is a case of mandatory delisting as defined at Point h, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP and Clause 1.8, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
