KB Securities Vietnam supports investors with attractive promotions

To share difficulties in the current stock market, starting from April 1, KB Securities Vietnam – a high-quality investment banking securities services firm in the country – officially launched a couple of promotion programmes named KB-Joy and KB-Thanks with preferential discount and transaction refunds of high value. These promotions apply to both underlying and derivative securities platforms.

Accordingly, KB Joy is a free derivatives trading programme for customers who open accounts from January 1 to December 31, 2020. Specifically, when trading derivatives right at the company (KBSV), customers will be entitled to a plethora of incentives.

In the first 90 days after opening their accounts, they will be exempted from transaction fees for opening and closing positions. In the next 90 days, these fees will be VND1,000 (4 US cents).

In subsequent days (from 181 days onwards), the transaction fee will align with the fee schedule of KBSV at the time of transaction (currently the applicable KBSV fee schedule is VND1,000 for opening and closing position).

In addition, the KB-Thanks refund programme is launched with a total discount of up to VND300 million ($13,040) for transactions made on the online trading platform KB-able and mobile phone trading application M-able from April 1 to June 30, 2020.

Customers with a minimum transaction fee of VND1 million ($43.48) or more on KB-able and M-able will be refunded 5 per cent of the total transaction fee per month, but not exceeding VND500,000 ($21.74). True to the name of the programme, KB-Thanks is KBSV's show of gratitude to the customers and investors who have accompanied it in the past. Through this promotion, customers will experience KB-Able and M-able – two convenient trading channels that KBSV has just launched since early 2020.

Since joining the Vietnamese stock market, KBSV is one of the few securities companies that have constantly launched new products, promotions, and trading systems. In addition to these two newly-launched programmes, the company continues to provide customers with attractive incentives and interesting experiences.

This includes KB-Amazing (preferential 0 per cent interest rate plus 9.5 per cent margin for new customers), KB-Super Dream (preferential interest-free loan to buy securities in the first 10 trading days), and KB-Challenge contest with a total prize value of up to VND2 billion ($86,960), just to name a few.

These are KBSV’s positive actions not only to implement the new circular of the Ministry of Finance on reducing securities service fees but also to understand and grasp market trends as well as investor psychology.
