AGR: AGR still in the warning status

On August 18, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.305/QD-SGDHCM to put AGR shares of AgriBank Securities Corporation from the supervision status to the warning status as from August 22, 2017 due to the profit after tax of first six months 2017 was 51.84 billion and the undistributed profit after tax until 06/30/2017 was -510.07 billion dongs based on the reviewed first six months 2017’s financial statements.

On March 13, 2020, AgriBank Securities Corporation announced the 2019 audited financial statements. Accordingly, the after-tax profit of 2019 was 68.25 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 31/12/2019 was -360.6 billion dongs.

 Therefore, HOSE will remain the warning status for the stock AGR and will consider solutions for the stock AGR after having the 2020 semi-annual reviewed consolidated financial statements.
