LAF: LAF still in the warning status

On August 22, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.332/QD-SGDHCM to change the shares of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: LAF) from supervision status to warning status as of August 26, 2019 because the Company’s profit after tax in the first six months of 2019 was 5,697,216,877 dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2019 was -57,860,766,764 dongs, according to LAF’s 2019 semi-annual reviewed financial statements.

On March 23, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the 2019 audited financial statements of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the after-tax profit in 2019 was 17,872,545,768 dongs, but the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2019 was -45,685,437,873 dongs. Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange continues to remain the warning status for the stock LAF.
