Feliz en Vista has three residential towers called Altaz, Berdaz, and Cruz towers, as well as one serviced residence tower

According to Andre Lim, general manager (South Vietnam) of CapitaLand, Feliz en Vista’s inspiration stems from the abstract notion of “The City Fabric” – a metaphorical city composed like a form of textile art, with interlacing threads of modernity and nature.

“True to our credo of ‘Building People, Building Communities', with the handing over of Feliz en Vista, CapitaLand continues to build a vibrant community of residents in District 2, in addition to our completed projects such as The Vista, Vista Verde, and D2Eight,” said Lim.

Located in Thanh My Loi ward, District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City, Feliz en Vista has three residential towers – the Altaz, Berdaz, and Cruz towers – and one serviced residence tower.

The apartments are scheduled to be handed over in several phases, with the first phase comprising of apartments in Berdaz and Cruz towers.

The entire project offers 973 residential units and the serviced residence, Somerset Feliz Ho Chi Minh City, will comprise of 154 serviced apartments managed by The Ascott Ltd., CapitaLand's lodging business unit.

Cruz Tower was the first tower of Feliz en Vista to launch, with a name derived from the Spanish word "cross stitch" and inspired by the endless possibilities of the bigger picture that can be formed with this stitching pattern. Cruz is the only tower of Feliz en Vista which has one-bedroom apartments.

Berdaz was the second tower to launch, with a name derived from the Spanish word "to embroider". The tower features a majority of Duplex units, each with two separate floors for double living spaces – raising the bar for living standards in the city.

Feliz en Vista is the eighth residential project of CapitaLand in Vietnam and has been developed in co-operation with Thien Duc. The property is within a 10-minute drive from districts 1 and 7 and enjoys excellent connectivity via the Thoi Dai Bridge, Thu Thiem Tunnel, Thu Thiem Bridge, Saigon Bridge, and Phu My Bridge.
