VIP: Board approves to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting

On February 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company announces the holding of the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders as follows:

-       Record date: March 18, 2020

-       Meeting time: 7:30am, Thursday, April 16, 2020

-       Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be notified later.

-       Meeting contents:

  • Report on business performance in 2019 and business plan for 2020;
  • Report of the Board of Directors;
  • Report of the Board of Supervisors;
  • The 2019 audited consolidated financial statements;
  • Profit distribution plan for 2019;
  • Report on the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2019;
  • Plan for the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2020;
  • Selection of audit company in 2020;
  • Other issues under the jurisdiction of general meeting of shareholders.
