Expo-Russia Vietnam 2019 to take place in Hanoi this week

The Third International Industrial Exhibition Expo-Russia Vietnam 2019 will be held at the National Exhibition Construction Center in Hanoi from November 14 to 16, the organizer Zarubezh-Expo, OJSC said in a press release on Tuesday.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize the Russian-Vietnamese business forum, centered on economic cooperation in building free trade zones.

The opening ceremony will take place at 11:00 am on Thursday at 1 Do Duc Duc, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi.

The ceremony is expected to be attended by Vietnamese and Russian government, ministry, and officials, business leaders, and the diplomatic missions of both countries.

The exhibition is being organized with the support of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the branch ministries of the Russian Federation, and the branch ministries of Vietnam

It is meant to spur the development of trade relations between Russia and Vietnam, to diversify forms of Russian-Vietnamese economic cooperation, to expand coordination in social sciences and the humanities, and to promote Russian exports to Southeast Asia.

Products and services for export, promising studies by businesses, universities, and research agencies, and investment projects will be on display at the exhibition.

The event will also include the latest achievements in energy, mechanical engineering, transport and telecommunications, mining, chemical industry, medicine, agriculture, and other hi-tech industries.

Expo-Russia Vietnam was already organized in 2015 and 2017.
