TTB kicks off construction of Lotus 2 building at Green City

After kicking off construction, the Lotus 2 building, which is one of four buildings at the Green City project invested by Tien Bo Group JSC (TTB), will be launched to the market before the year is over.

On October 26, TTB started the construction of the Lotus 2 building at Green City project located in Bac Giang province.

Covering an area of 1.6 hectares in Thai Nguyen province, the construction of the Green City apartment project was started in November 2018 with four 21-storey buildings, including a complex of apartments, shopping centre, and a multifunctional area. Each apartment has an area of 40.9-78 square metres.

Green City was designed in a Singaporean style, ensuring eco-friendliness and maximum natural light.

The construction of two building CT1 and CT1A with approximately 800 apartments is being completed. Bac Giang People’s Committee registered to buy 600 apartments for resettlement and almost all of the remaining commercial apartments are registered to buy. According to the plan, TTB will hand over apartments to customers in 2020.

Regarding Lotus 2, the investor expected to acquire VND300 billion ($13 million) from this building next year.

Phung Van Thai, general director of TTB, said, “The financial potential and our skilled employee team working towards our ambitious targets are the core conditions for the group's success in the next years.”

“Before Green City, TTB turned an empty, abandoned land in Hoang Van Thu Street of Thai Nguyen city into the TBCO apartment project with four 10-storey buildings after one year of construction. The project created a civilised habitat for low-income people,” Thai said.

Besides, after the success of TBCO project, the group continued to develop the TBCO3-TBCO Riverside, which is the expanded part of TBCO project, with the expectation to create a smart urban area. The project has a total investment capital of VND1.7 trillion ($73.9 million). At present, the investor completed the construction of two 20-storey buildings with over 500 apartments.

TBCO project and Seoul Sky building of TBCO Riverside were honoured to be recognised as the two buildings to celebrate the 55 years of establishing Thai Nguyen city (October 19, 1962 – October 19, 2017).
