Business matching event kicks off in HCMC

Business Matching Day 2019 was organized by the HCMC Association of Women Entrepreneurs (HAWEE) in HCMC’s District 4 today, October 3, to boost market connection activities.

The event attracted over 500 local and international firms and entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of State agencies.

The participating firms had a chance to directly access distributors, suppliers and foreign partners. Besides this, the event offered firms the opportunity to expand their business operations in the local market and reach out to the global market.

Aside from featuring buying and selling activities, the event played a role as a convergence point for participants to network and exchange information and experiences in doing business. The event is expected to act as a premise for long-term cooperation and trade promotion activity.

The organizer has introduced various products from 85 participating exhibitors to the business community of countries such as Poland, Sri Lanka, Spain, Canada, Uruguay, Australia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Great Britain and France.

A forum titled “Toward Future Business Together” will also be organized within the framework of the event.
